About Scott Driggs
Scott Driggs is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Driggs Search International. He established the firm in 2002 and leads the practice areas of private equity, executive leadership, and strategy.
Scott has completed the Wharton Executive Education CHRO Program, earning certifications in Executive Compensation: Strategies and Frameworks, Mastering Talent Management: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent, and Future of Work: Leading Modern Workplaces. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and a certification in employment law.
Before founding Driggs Search International, Scott was a three-time National Club Award Winner with the MRI Network, where he specialized in addressing strategic hiring challenges for clients in the Intermountain West.
Scott met his wife, Laura, while she was performing as a member of the BYU Cougarettes. Together, they have five wonderful children. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing basketball, running, and vacationing with family and friends.
