About Brian

Brian Ricks serves as the president of Driggs Search International. In this role, he works directly with the recruiting and operations teams in managing proficiency and innovation. He also serves as the company’s primary practice leader for direct sales, construction, and mortgage banking. Since joining Driggs Search 20 years ago, Brian has been successful in developing client relationships in a variety of industries and disciplines. Brian leverages his deep recruiting expertise and the DSI Seven Steps to a Successful hire process to ensure that world-class talent is introduced to industry-leading companies. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Arizona State University. Go Devils! Brian and his wife, Holly, enjoy spending time with their family, going out to eat, and traveling.
