As I reflect on my recent completion of the Wharton Executive Education CHRO Program, I am grateful for the opportunities and insights this journey has provided. Earning certifications in Mastering Talent Management: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent, Future of Work: Leading Modern Workplaces, and Executive Compensation: Strategies and Frameworks, and has not only enhanced my professional capabilities but has also allowed me to more effectively service the clients of Driggs Search International.
