Scott Driggs
President & CEO

Scott is the President & CEO of DSI. Scott has extensive national and international search experience and specializes in placing senior level managers and executives.  He has been recognized nationally by several organizations as one of the top producers in the country.  Prior to executive search, Scott spent time in the mid 90's in international marketing and finance.  Scott graduated with Bachelor degrees in Spanish and Political Science from Brigham Young University.  He married Laura Rappleye and they have five children.  Scott loves to play basketball, run long relay races (Hood to Coast & Wasatch Back), hike Havasupai, water-ski and eat authentic Mexican food.

Ryan Driggs
Vice President

Ryan specializes in recruiting advertising, sales and marketing professionals nationwide.  This includes everything from vice presidents, senior managers and account executives. His client list includes large corporate companies, as well as many high growth smaller firms.  He is acknowledged by clients and colleagues for being a trusted advisor, team player, and dedicated professional. Ryan spent over five years in sales, marketing, and client management for companies such as IBM and Compaq before becoming a recruiter.  He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University.  He enjoys playing all sports and spending time with his wife Laurel and four children.

Kevin Driggs, CPA
Vice President 

Kevin specializes in placing high-level finance and accounting executives.  Prior to starting Driggs Search International, Kevin worked for over eight years as an accounting and finance executive for companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Honeywell and Phelps Dodge.  Kevin graduated with a Masters degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona.  He married Robyne Kirk and has four sons.  As a former BYU Cougar basketball player, Kevin is also an avid follower and supporter of BYU sports.  Go Cougs!

Brian Ricks
Vice President

Brian is very successful in developing client relationships and currently manages DSI's Arizona office.  As a result of his dynamic personality, Brian has developed a strong network of people within many industries and disciplines.  Prior to executive search, Brian was in sales and marketing for Hershey Foods, Greater Southwest Lodging, and Okland Construction. Brian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communication from Arizona State University.  He enjoys playing all sports (specifically Golf) and spending time with his wife Holly and their four children.

Brandon Fish
Consultant-Executive Recruiter

Brandon has over seven years experience in marketing management and business development. He has been very successful in these areas working for Nu Skin International, Black & Decker and Bank One.  Brandon has spent time hiring and managing sales teams and managing multi-million dollar accounts like Great Western Homes and Home Depot.  Brandon enjoys developing business relationships and due to his energetic personality has established a significant network of professionals in many industries. Brandon graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University.  He married Kristin McKee and they have two children.  Brandon loves family time, high adventure outdoor activities, triathlons, playing golf, basketball, softball and flying down narrow single-track on his mountain bike.

Chris has over six years of public relations, design, sales management and recruiting experience. Chris specializes in placing candidates in the information technology, marketing and advertising industries. Chris enjoys golfing, taking photographs and spending time with his wife Karen and their two girls.

Emily is currently a student at the University of Utah studying business. Emily loves swimming and was on the University of Utah’s women’s swimming team for the 2007-2008 season. She also enjoys running and painting.
